INDUSTRIAL PAINTING > METAL PAINT > PHOSPHATIZING AND CONDORIZATION
Microcrystalline zinc phosphates based conversion treatment prior to painting.
Microcrystalline zinc, manganese and nickel phosphates based conversion treatment for galvanized steel coils.
Microcrystalline zinc phosphates based conversion treatment for anticorrosive finishing and protection.
Acid product to remove inorganic residues after alkaline degreasing before white annealing. Free of phosphoric acid, it prevents alloys with high content of nickel from darkening. Compatible with pickling baths. Product is used also for welded ferritic stainless steel tubes pickling.
Alkaline liquid product. It degreases and passivates the steel surfaces without producing sludge. Free of phosphates.
Slightly acid liquid product. Innovative product alternative to phosphodegreasing. It degreases the surfaces by forming a conversion layer that protects the surfaces and increases the rubber bonding capacity. Free of phosphates, it avoids problem of sludge formation and phosphate abatment. Suitable on any metal in spray and immersion plants.
Liquid product for high thickness phosphating. To be used to form a ”heavy” amorphous phosphate layer on clean steel surfaces.
Tricationic phosphatizer to form a zinc, nickel, manganese phosphate protective layer.
Phosphatizer to form a crystalline zinc phosphate layer
